At ModMyTank, we believe aquarium keeping should be simple, reliable, and enjoyable.
Born from a genuine passion for aquariums and hands-on DIY experience, MMT designs and develops thoughtfully engineered aquarium essentials that make everyday fishkeeping easier.

The brand was founded by an aquarist with over two decades of experience in fishkeeping and aquarium care. Having personally faced every challenge a hobbyist encounters — from maintaining stable water conditions to dealing with cluttered equipment — he set out to create smarter, cleaner, and more efficient tools for the modern aquarist.

Every product we design is driven by this real-world understanding — practical solutions created by a hobbyist, for hobbyists. From filter media bags to acclimation kits and silicone tubing, each product is tested, refined, and built to solve the small frustrations that every aquarist knows too well.

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 2-3 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.

Mod My Tank is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 8-14 days rom the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer.

Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.

Mod My Tank believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 15 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
Mod My Tank does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 15 days of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 15 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
In case of any Refunds approved by the Mod My Tank, it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
